Company Overview
In production since 1982, Harlingen Shrimp Farms, Ltd. is the oldest continuously
operating shrimp farm in the United States. Over the years we have expanded our
growing capacity and formed partnerships with other growers. Currently we oversee
management of 3 grow-out operations in South Texas and 2 along the northern gulf
coast of Mexico, the combined operations comprise over 1230 surface acres in water
with head-on production capability of about 3.5 million pounds of the highest quality
best tasting shrimp annually.

Our Bayview site, the mainstay of our U.S. operation, houses our headquarters, our
largest grow-out facility, and our state of the art hatchery which stocks all of our
domestic operations as well as providing post larvae for a number of other U.S. shrimp
farms. Our Arroyo Colorado site and our Loma Alta joint venture fill out our domestic
production capability ensuring that we will always be able to supply our customers with
product grown under strict U.S. regulations meeting the highest quality and safety
standards.

In Mexico, our La Pesca sited hatchery and our Acuatam and Acuacam farms located
north of Tampico are the result of our partnering with prominent local businessmen.
Following the same strict protocols as our U.S. operations, they produce the finest
Mexican whites available.
