Having produced its first crop of shrimp in
1982, our Bayview site is the oldest
continuously operating shrimp farm in the U.S.
By controlling every aspect of our shrimps
existence from egg to you, we provide you the
finest shrimp available.
After being chill killed at harvest, and maintaining strict
temperature control, our shrimp goes directly to the
processing facility to ensure that we are always
providing our customers the freshest, best tasting, and
most wholesome shrimp there is.
As US domestic producers our operations are strictly
regulated by eight separate federal agencies. In fact,
our farms have been used as models for some of these
agencies in determining regulatory parameters. When
it comes to protecting the health and safety of our
people, only shrimp raised under these strict protocols
can give you and your customer the assurance that
you are buying a safe, healthy and wholesome product.
